JOE W. ISDALE, a Professional Engineer, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2008 after a long bout with cancer.
He was a World War II veteran from Patton's third army, 89th Infantry. He survived many historic campaigns,
he marched from LeHarve to Poland, the Southern Landing, Battle of the Bulge, and the Crossing of the
Rhine river. He was educated at Blinn, Texas A&M, U of H, Loyola Marymount, Oxford, and The
University of Texas.
Joe is survived by his son, Thomas Isdale; daughter, Ann Isdale; grandchildren, Anderson Isdale and
Connor Kubes. He is also survived by his former wife and long time friend, Cathy Isdale.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 P.M., Tuesday May 20th at Veterans Memorial Cemetery,

An Environmentalist since the 1950's he was always trying to save the planet through design,
the holder of many Patents and copyrights, he thought he could save the resources from over-population.
